Overview
rmCloud is hosted and delivered on Heroku. Each web request between the add-on infastructure and Jira Cloud is authenticated and authorized. All data transferred is secured by TLS (https).
Data Storage and Facilities
rmCloud uses Heroku components for storage and infrastructure, which provides automatic encryption-at-rest of all data written to disk.
rmCloud does not store any personally identifiable user information (e.g. name, email, etc.)
People and Access
rmCloud's founder is the only one with access to rmCloud logs and data, for the sole purpose of maintaining services and helping customers.
Backups
rmCloud's Heroku-hosted data is protected through continuous physical backups.
Right to Access, Modification and Erasure of Personal Data
Since there is no personally identifiable information stored in rmCloud, the only data we store is your actual Requirement data. This data is downloadable inside the app, and can be deleted upon request to support@purpledrapes.net
