Data Storage and Facilities

rmCloud does not store any personally identifiable user information (e.g. name, email, etc.)
People and Access
rmCloud's founder is the only one with access to rmCloud logs and data, for the sole purpose of maintaining services and helping customers.
rmCloud's Heroku-hosted data is protected through continuous physical backups.
Right to Access, Modification and Erasure of Personal Data
Since there is no personally identifiable information stored in rmCloud, the only data we store is your actual Requirement data. This data is downloadable inside the app, and can be deleted upon request to firstname.lastname@example.org
